ARTWORK & PERSONALIZATION

Personalization shouldn’t
mean production confusion.

A name, design choice or artwork version must stay connected to the right order. Organize the rules before custom orders start moving.

FEWER AMBIGUOUS HANDOFFS

Keep every choice attached to the item.

01

Design selections

For clipart or template-based personalization, use stable design IDs and a clear list of allowed combinations.

02

Customer details

Keep exact names, text and other choices in the order record. Confirm spelling before approval.

03

Production files

Match the approved artwork to the product, size and actual print template. A screen mockup is not a production file.

One design can need more than one production file.

Different product sizes can have different print areas. Agree the selected product’s template and keep each final file connected to its size and order reference.

Make version changes visible.

Set a clear approval point. If a customer changes the design or personalized text, check the production status before confirming that the change can be made.

Your personalization app remains a separate system.

Customer-facing option selection and live previews require their own storefront setup. Discuss how its output reaches production; this website does not claim to provide a live personalization engine.
